We are experiencing a silent collapse in corporations…

Burnout, overload, disconnection, and a surge in sick leaves. Between 2023 and 2024 alone, the number of mental health-related leaves increased by 68%.

Meanwhile, leaders are under pressure to deliver results in increasingly unstable environments — without practical tools to support their teams’ emotional well-being.

Do you feel this happening in your daily work life?

What if you could:

Create safe, collaborative, and high-performing environments

Bring a proven method into your organization or consulting practice

Elevate your authority with a globally recognized and transformative approach

Connect with those who also believe mental health is a business strategy

This conference is for you if you:

Are tired of superficial solutions for complex problems

Want to lead with more purpose, psychological safety, and real results

Aspire to stand out in a competitive market with a high-impact differentiator

This is the essence of Action Learning.

A powerful tool used in over 70 countries, combining real-time learning with real-world problem solving — in small, high-impact groups. The result? More connection. More clarity. More transformation.

The WIAL 2025 Conference is not just an event. It’s an invitation to collective action and the co-creation of a new future of work — one with greater meaning, deeper connection, and positive impact. A perfect opportunity for leaders who want to build resilient, healthy teams; for consultants and coaches looking to deliver greater value to their clients; and for HR and People & Culture professionals seeking practical, human-centered solutions to today’s challenges.
